Southeast Maluku Regency and Tual City are islands that have a larger sea area than land area. The livelihoods of most people in coastal areas are as fishermen and seaweed farmers. The utilization of seaweed in various industries is currently increasingly widespread. This makes the need for seaweed as raw material is increasing, besides that the international market is also aggressively accepting seaweed from Indonesia, so that seaweed entrepreneurs have the opportunity to penetrate the international market. Ohoi (Village) Letvuan, Hoat sorbay sub-district, Southeast Maluku Regency is one of the tourist villages that has various tourism potentials. based on the decision letter of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 16 of 2022 concerning Cultivated Fisheries Village, Ohoi Letvuan is included in three ohoi in Hoat Sorbay bay which are designated as Seaweed Cultivated Fisheries Village, so this is the basis for carrying out community service by providing training in making seaweed noodles to the Ohoi Letvuan dasa wisma group. The purpose of this community service activity is to apply the technology of processing noodles from seaweed to the community, especially the Ohoi Letvuan community which has the potential to produce seaweed and has human resources (Human Resources) who do the processing. The method used was lecture and practice. Ohoi Letvuan Dasa Wisma Group before the training had never made seaweed noodles (80%) and 10% stated that they rarely and 10% said they often made them. 70% said they had never heard of seaweed noodles and 30% said they had. The level of preference for consuming seaweed noodles from the women of the Dasa Wisma Group was very high (75%). This training activity is right on target and very useful (70%) and useful (30%) in providing new information that can add insight and knowledge and can practice directly making noodle products from seaweed.
